The Scale Factory and Differ announce strategic partnership for the Nordic markets

The Scale Factory (TSF) and Differ Strategy Consulting (Differ) today announced a strategic partnership to jointly serve clients across the Nordic markets. The partnership is based on the strong belief that the market requires more outcome-based consultancy. 


The two firms will combine Differ's strategic and technology consulting depth with TSF's hands-on commercial execution, giving Nordic scaleups a single route from strategy to revenue.

The partnership follows a joint client engagement earlier this year that both firms describe as the template for how they intend to work together. It takes effect immediately.

For clients, the partnership closes a familiar gap; The handover between strategy work and the team that has to actually land the revenue. The combined offering will be twofold:


  1. A thorough go-to-market (GTM-) audit and roadmap for improvement

  2. A team, integrated in the client’s organization, delivering on the GTM-roadmap - commercialization as a service (CaaS)
